When you bring in your freshly laundered items, we will look through them. We use resale industry software to price the items we think will sell and return the items we are not able to purchase. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to wait in the store while we prepare a quote for you.  Depending on the # of items, we may ask you to return later in the day or next day.

If you need any help carrying in your items from your car, please just give us a call and we will come out and help you.

We will gladly donate items we are not able to buy, to a local partner charity. Simply mark the donate box on your sign-in sheet. We will also donate any items which you have not picked up within 48 hours of drop-off.

If you accept our offer, we will pay you cash on the spot, or you may elect to take store credit if you prefer.

Occasionally, we may offer a bonus on payout if you elect to take store credit on categories of goods which may be in high demand & short supply. For example, if we are short on Boys size 8-10 shorts, we may offer a temporary XX% bonus payout if you were to elect to get in-store credit.
